moniek
I have 4 buckets with concrete in them to hold down my ez up tent. I dont like using these. What does everyone else use? Something more "compact" is what I am looking for. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
Scented
Huge water jugs lol. I have seen others with concrete filled PVC weights though.
Accents
I don't use anything yet, but they make heavy disks that slip onto the legs of your tent. I saw someone today who had weights that looked like pvc pipe that was sealed at the ends and filled with something. They hung alongside the legs and didn't even touch the ground, almost blended in. Georgia
I've only done shows on grass so stakes work for me. I would look into the weights for the legs...so much more compact.
barncat
We took pvc pipe, about 18" long, got 2 end caps for them and a lg eye hook. Glued one cap to the bottom with PVC glue then filled with sand then took the other end and put an eye hook in it. Then they hang by bungees off the top. Meridith
Well you will definately need something that weighs more than a feather duster. Water jugs are a cheap and easy way to go about it. Mine came with stakes but I've heard that a big wind can rip those right up. It happened to a friend of mine.
