Dee
Haven't made candles for awhile but made these as a gift. The decorated candle was wicked only in the top three inches. Wanted to put a tealight in the top but that's not what was wanted for the ceremony. Have left instructions for it to be returned to me and I will use my power saw to cut the top off and then will drill it for a tealight for the future (anniversaries). Have done this in the past. Have posted two pictures so you can see that the candle was cold poured and quite translucent. On the test burns it really glowed through. Hope the pictures show up ok

Georgia
That is really sharp! And I like the idea of putting a tealight in it for future burnings. Good job!
