idacandlelady
an easy way or a chart that helps to change ounces to grams? I haven't the slightest idea what a gram is but I think( and i've heard) it would be easier to measure things out, FO's, additives, etc. Any help will be very appreciated. Chauna1
I too would be interested in this type of chart. LOL
Meridith
I know to change grams to ounces you multiply the # of grams by .03527. But I don't know how to change ounces to grams. Sorry but hopefully this helped you some.
topofmurrayhill
grams = ounces x 28.35ounces = grams / 28.
Crowded House
Go to http://www.google.com and type in "ounces to grams" without the quotation marks.ETA: this also works if you have more than one ounce to calculate, as in "3.5 ounces to grams". CareBear
It IS much easier to work in grams. Makes it easier to convert to % and back.
