wildangel112
Don't know what to tell you there. DH does the lotion and it's some thick stuff. He just bangs the heck out of it ever so often and it comes out nice and smooth. I'm sure someone will come along who can give you some pointers on it. Carrie
I put my butters in double wall jars. No one sees the bubbles.
sudsnwicks
For lotion are you banging the bottom of the bottle or the side? When I started I would bang the bottom and it didn't work very well. Now I bang the side starting from the top and going downward. That seems to do the trick. I use opaque jars and bottles, so no one sees the bubbles, but it's my aim to get as much product in there as possible, so I have been banging the container. Gene
With lotions you might be waiting longer than needed to bottle
maryann
I do the same thing Carrie does for butters. Lotion I use a base and do a few bottles at a time using the ziplock method and I don't have air pocket doing it that way.
