ROBBIESTRANG
I used 1 oz FO Eucalyptus to 13 oz of wax, it is the same ratio that I have used for my other candles. I haven't lit it up yet, just poured it Saturday, but there is no or very little cold throw. All of my others and I have done 12 scents in 2 weeks have a good throw right away. I use the IGI 4627 wax. Does Eucalyptus need to cure longer or what? Container candles.Thanx in advance for any ideas.I went thru Bittercreek South, and their other scents are real smelly, although it was the last one I did for the day. My son and husband also said there wasn't much throw. I did their patchouli tonight and the whole house smells like patchouli. I am using Bittercreek for now because I can get next day delivery without paying next day delivery charges because it is only an hour and a half drive from me. SheilaW
I use Eucalyptus from Peak and it is strong without a cure. ( also in 4627)
Candlewitch
It is one of the strongest smells out there, whoever sent you that should be thrown out of business. :tiptoe: :tiptoe: :tiptoe:
AngelaVA
Yeah, that FO is usually very strong. Also, that wax is one of the best I tried for scent throw. You either got a dud FO, didn't mix the FO in well enough or you have candle nose and can't smell it very well after pouring it.
Scented
you probably burned out your smeller lol! Heck if you are using Peak's, you could get by with .5 oz per pound.
