Until just now when I read a review about someone putting some in their diffuser, I had thought they were for EO's only. Probably a stupid question. I used lavender EO in it though because was not sure on fo. If I am not mistaken, I thought I read somewhere on amazon that people use fo in theirs. My only concern was getting the fo smell out of the plastic resevoir. FO seems to stick to stuff more than EO, to me anyway. Some say never do it, either because it will destroy the diffuser or because they don't believe it's a good idea to inhale the FOs in the mist. I'm not sure why it would be different than the oils eminating from a candle. It's fragrance molecules in the air, right?
