mindy5140
I have a customer asking for an Amber Incense scent. Could someone point me in the right direction? TIA
Guest OldGlory
There are a few companies that sell an Amber fragrance oil. I think CS has one. Are you going to make incense? There's always a smoky scent with incense that doesn't happen in a candle or melts.
pcbrook
You should check your usual supplier to see if they have that fragrance. Or google it!
mindy5140
I'll check CS thanks OldGlory, no just make candles. I did tell her that it wouldn't be the same as incense. I did check my usual suppliers but figured this is a candle board so why not ask. Why google when you have a wealth of information here at your finger tips and others who might use the same scent. pcbrook
Oh sorry! I thought you were making incense! Sorry I cannot give a recommendation on any Amber because everyone I have tried I did not care for!
ChrisR
Some ambers are a bear to wick, so be prepared to wick up if your usual wick drowns out.

mindy5140
Hmmm maybe I can talk her into tarts instead of a candle ha... Thanks for the reminder to wick up.
Candybee
Amber romance is very nice especially for those who didn't know they liked amber. Fillmore has a good one. Also, I don't remember who has patchouli amber but that is a fantastic amber scent. I am thinking someone has an Egyptian Amber? or maybe I am thinking of a blend I made.
