Round labels are tricky. In order not to practise on the real labels, print on a piece of paper and hold it in front of the label sheet in front of a light, to see if things are lined up. If you have a label sheet which you printed on and can't use, peel off the circles and do like before - this method will make it even easier to see if they're lined up.

I do this also, saves a ton of wasted labels. I also use Avery, but you still have to play with it a bit.
