I ask because I'm trying to communicate with them and both their phone and email seems to be useless and unresponsive. The website seems professional; but I don't think my email went thru. I just wanted to enquire about some of Taylored Concepts old oils. Anyone have a way to talk with them. Are they still in biz? Just wondering. I was just there last week. I've called a few times and have always gotten through. Usually Carmen will answer the phone but every so often someone else will. Have you tried calling again? Apparently they had some kind of trouble with hacking, so they suggested to call in the order.
