I was beginning to wonder if I need to be charging a sale tax or if I need a permit? I live in CA if it helps! I thought once you start making 500$ a month you need one, am I wrong? If your family doesnt live in Ca and u r shipping it to them u don't have to collect tax. Look up state board of equalization for permits.
