As Judy suggested abbiepql is the BEST! She did my logo for me recently and it was better than anything I ever expected. She is so creative and really tries to understand what you want and she nails it in my opinion. You won't be sorry.

Has anyone been using this supplier? I was wondering about the fo Be Thankful. I am looking for the scent that you find when you go into Country Craft Stores. ( How it smells when you enter, lol) They usually have a potpourri and the scent is so homey but I just can't seem to duplicate...Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

I have been experimenting with warmer oils too and and have heard where some folks don't even use dpg. They just use fo right out of the bottle. I have tried both and have found that 50/50 seems to lose it's strength so I am trying smaller amounts of the dpg. What does the dpg do anyway??? Make the oil go farther, or does it make the fo burn better. I haven't been able to tell other than straight fo is stronger.

These are just beautiful! I know it will take time since I just started CP soap making . I have always wanted to make it. My first attempt wasn't bad. Alot to learn but willing LOL!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I just wanted to share what great customer service I got from Vickey. I heard some great reviews on this board and am sooo glad I tried them. I love the personalized labels they make and you can't beat the prices. I'll be using Ky Candle alot more in the future. Just wanted to share!

I tried the beads and really like them. Once they absorbed the water and oil they can be turned upside down and don't leak. I am not getting too strong of a throw though and wonder if I should increase oil?

Anyone find that the plastic seal on the smelly jelly jars seems to "dissolve" over time? Got some from BC and WSP and both have been doing this. I did get some of the jars from NG and their lids are amazing but they don't sell separately.

Thanks Noodle! Sometimes the price isn't the only factor. I really was impressed with the SC site and selection of fo. Just may have to stretch the budget a bit a give some a try. any suggestions?

Thanks RetroMetroChic. Just checked Sweetcakes (nice site) and it is more expensive by about $5 when you add shipping. Geez, what's the deal with Strawberry I really like being so expensive!

Anybody know of a dupe for WSP SunRipened Strawberry? Would love to find something less expensive. WSP has some great oils but some are just too pricey for my budget.

Any recommendations on some good fragrance oils from Saveonscents. They have some good prices and fast deliver. I got Dove and it was right on. I tried Musk Alyssa Ashley and it was awful. It had no scent at all. I know it's a light scent but...I got the perfumers alcohol and tried it with Romance from BC and it's pretty good. I never made perfumes before but I am pleased with this so I am guessing it's a good alcohol? Thanks for any input!

I found the beads at Michaels and they are called aqua gems. Used for fresh flowers to keep water in. I mixed the water and fo and let them swell (you only need a bit for a 8 oz jar). After they swelled I drained any excess water. I actually like them better than smelly jelly because the water is totally absorbed and you can turn the jar over and nothing leaks out, unlike smelly jelly. Have one in my car and am testing how long it will last. I really like the look. Michaels has alot of different colors too. Some Walmarts have them too in a smaller package. Would love to hear what everyone is doing with these.
