    My first HP soap! I was a bit unsure when to transfer it to the mold, so it came out rather rough. Tho, maybe it's supposed to be this way? lol It smells divine in any case!

    Good tip Barbra, thanks! Well, I tried it last night ... I think perhaps I cooked it, left it in the crockpot, a tad too long. It was rather lumpy and thick when I gloped it into the mold. Course.. this is my first time, maybe that's just the way it is! lol I tried a tiny piece that crumbled off when I cut it this morning.. so nice! I really liked how this worked, so I think this will be go to option for fo's that overheat or trace fast!

    I think I will use full water for my first try. Probably a good idea! lol I did the first time I made CP.. then, never have since! lol

    I was just getting things ready to try it tonight, when I thought of something. I normally discount my water when doing CP. Should I use full water to HP? I read on a few sites that it's better to use the full water amt. What do you ladies think?

    Thanks Luminous! I'm bad and sometimes... I don't wear gloves when I do my CP.. I'll be sure to do so when I try HP this weekend!

    I use both, VS and the Browning Neutralizer in different products. If I use it, everything stays as it should. If not, I get brown spots within hours on bath bombs or bubble bars. Some Pink Sugar body butter I made my Mom is just now turning light tan, about 3 months later. Funny thing... I was in Lush yesterday, and I noticed brown spots on some of their bath bombs!

    I got the sweetener from MMS. I use a little bit for some flavors that seem, weaker, to me. If that makes sense. lol I haven't had any problems with it.

    My kids love any of the bakery type scents! Lime Cupcake Orange Creme Cupcake Cake Batter Sugar Cookie They also looove Monkey Farts (mostly for the name lol) and Butt Naked (again for the name mostly lol) I get most of my fo's from NG. hth!

    Oh wow that's SO pretty!! So leaving it a bit longer in the mold will keep the sides nicer? I have a silicone liner for my wood mold, and I noticed the last few batches looked rough on all the outside edges. Next time I'll leave it longer and see what happens!
