I just bought from Ace a dozen of those 8oz wide mouth jars for 7.45...You use the c-3 wax as I do.....I only use the htp wicks....Can you recommend what size you would go with?

I'm testing now a 126 and 1212...but I only single wick....

I do have a few cds I got I have been testing with...

Can you suggest where I could start with them? Though I really prefer the htp because I have tons of them..

How do you wick? Single or double?

I sure wish I had a supplier that I could drive to and save $$$$....Boy I say if you have one near by I'd be testing and testing and would make that wax work! lol

If you do get a wood lid from one of the suppliers, staining would be awesome, but you first need to sand the lid to get the satin finish off, then stain and put a clear coat on top and you might want to let them sit a while because of the stain smell.....but it would definitely work.

I myself have never had a problem with Bittercreek....I ordered 1 time from Candles and Supplies and they all released and I had over 35 candles made....What a horror that was that I don't even want to think about again.....

Oh you'll get some here and there that might be a little hard to pull off the paper but no biggy....
