  1. Queen you said that you use lard in your lotion. Does it make it too greasy or stiffy...I think I would like to incorporate it in mine. The only lotion I have made actually is the whipped body lotion. I would like to make one that pumps out of a bottle.

  10. coco has given you the most effective advice , her ratio's and elimination of certain products should give you the results you are looking for. I never use beeswax in lotion, keeps it to greasy, not good
  11. Do yall not find it a little expensive to make the salt scrub? I am having a hard time setting the price. I don't want to ask to much and not get them sold. I realize all areas are different as far as pricing but I am a little concerned about it. maybe I just need to recalculate the cost that I have in it. maybe I did something wrong with the figures. Are yall having this problem?

  15. 60% sea salt 12% Shea Butter 18.8% Oils ( I like almond oil) 1.5% E Wax 5.4% Stearic .7% Preservative 1/4 cup cornstarch 1% FO I prefer not to use sugar, it feels sticky ...some others really like it, just remember that this stuff gets thicker after it sits for awhile, say overnight and some people like to add extra oil, I personally don't like adding extra oil because it gets greassy and my clients like it this way...I do toooo....I use fine sea salt so that the spread on is easier, sometimes the others are too big and fall off the skin....
