Today I'm using a new wax. J223. I poured it at 145. What could I have done wrong to do that?

Oh wow!! I made these last night, 12/29. I burned/melted them today and the scent throw is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! They are paraffin and the scent is coconut lime verbena type. Its sooooooooooo yummy!!!!

How long do you let your wax cure before test burning/melting?? Thanks!

I was cleaning my votive mold, and I cut myself!! Those things are razor sharp. Thank goodness I'm good with my tetanus shot, lol. Anyone else have sharp votive molds? The told molds are sharp too, but not that bad. I did my repour, and they're looking good! I will post pics when they cool off and I release them from their molds.

I am making tarts and votives tomorrow. I'm using this wax. Do you spray your molds with anything to help them pop out? and how is the scent throw with this wax? I'm excited about working on something besides container candles I cut up 2-8oz of this wax and put it in bags so it's easier instead of chopping it up as I go along. How is the cleeanup of this wax also? Do you have to let it cure before you melt/burn it? Thanks to all!

I use LX 14 and love em!

It's oily, but it's all natural oils... after it sinks in, it feels wonderful!!! I'm going to use a lighter oil like Rice bran next time!

This body butter has only ultra refined body butter, sweet almond oil, Cucumber & Cantaloupe fragrance and Corn Startch in it. It's sooooo amazing!! Smells awesome toooooooooooo!!

And where? How much do you charge per oz? Do you make several of one scent or different scents? I hope Im not being too nosy, Just trying to get an idea. Thanks!!
