I havent smelled BCN but flickers has it

Im just trying to get everything cleaned and organized before my dad flies in next saturday. I have supplies every where LOL I hope I can get a bunch of bath tarts made too. I have to ask who is OT & L, are they new or am I having a spacey moment LOL

LOL I already buy my wax, wicks, containers, and 1/4 of my fo's there and from the samples I bought it looks like Ill be adding a lot more. Other than that my MAIN suppliers have been Backwoods and peaks. Customer service closes the deal in my book and Ive had nothing but great transactions and great items from these suppliers. Heck I think I already have most of BW's f.o.'s LOL now only if Peak's would have a $.99 sale HINT HINT I just like that a lot of these suppliers are adding on, kinda like BW now carries some oils and butters. I really need to find a new supplier for all my soaping oils. MMS is too high on shipping, and Soapers choice doesnt respond to emails. It may sound stupid but I dont have time to sit there and call about an item, if you dont answer my emails you dont get my business. Its hard enough finding time to get everything done, let along make time to sit on the phone about a product. At least with email I can do it at 2 am if I need to, and not waste my minutes on my phone.

Well heck they contacted me Ive always thought they had GREAT customer service but to come home and find a PM waiting for me from them on this website just blows me away. I received a message with an apology, and asking for a list of all the ones that were off so they can correct the issue. They must of seen this thread, but I know I will definitely stick with them! Ive never had a problem in the past, so I would of stuck with them anyways but this is amazing. A BIG THANK YOU TO CANDLE SCIENCE

Im going to tomorrow. Tomorrow when I get home from work I am going to go through and weigh everyone of them again and send them a detailed list of which ones were short and the amount. I dont want them to send me an email and say wellllll what ones were they and what did they way, and never hear back LOL. I understand that they had a lot of orders due to this sale and had to fill bottles quickly but theres no reason for it especially since I even weighed an empty bottle to make sure I wasnt crazy!

Ive been wondering about contacting them about this, but it was a $.99 sale. That was my case though, I bought 44 samples and about 1/2 of them were short. Im glad to hear (sorry, im not but I am) that I am not the only one that has had this problem.

Ive used Royal in the past and it was a dead on dupe of BBW but now that their sites screwy I need to find a new supplier, so Id be interested in your finds

Same here, hit and miss......more miss! I use GB415 as well and only have found a few that have a good throw.....chestnuts and brown sugar, cinderella slipper, and white cake but other than that havent been too happy with the fos. Good CS but this whole sale every week thing is getting a little ridiciulous IMO because especially when she has the buy one get one sales she jacks the price up on the fo. Not worth the price IMO Id stick with others. I found Backwoods to be one of my MAIN suppliers now. I havent found one that hasnt had a KILLER throw.

I dont know if im the only one, but I think I got gypped on some of my samples. A lot of them only weigh between .6-1oz WITH the cap on I dont think ive ever had this problem before but I never weighed them. I just noticed when I opened the box that a lot of them seemed only half way full (and I know each fo is different) thats why I weighed EVERYONE and I even weighed an empty bottle.....the bottle weighed .4 oz Im just assuming since they were swamped with orders or something because the ones that were right were their older scents that im sure sold but not like their new ones.

If it is an item where I let them pick the scent I put the scent list in the listing but direct them to my profile page for the descriptions.

If your looking for pear scents Vanilla Pear from Backwoods is EXCELLENT! SUPER strong throw in my 100% soy

I use Backwoods for my CP Rosemary Mint and its been 2 months and the scents still strong. I dont think its too minty, or has too much Rosemary....not to mention it has a STRONG throw in my soy. Also Connie has added many new scents that are GREAT if you havent tried them yet

I havent tried BNL but I LOVE backwoods RM SUPER STRONG in my 100% soy!

Im just trying to hurry up and search since my sisters wedding is May 30th

I love the buttery croissant lol, no popcorn smell to me.....everyones nose is different though. I even plan on soaping it soon. oh and the hummingbird has been a BIG seller for me lately, I made soap & candles out of it.
