I have had really good FO's from Candlescience. They also have awsome service. It seems like I do not read that much about them on this board, however. My current favorites from them are:
Jack Frost
Mistletoe
Pumpkin Pie
Sugar Cookie
cant recall the rest right now.....but oh, that jack frost is to die for. Peppermint and pine. So good.

Here's the description:
The warm feeling of crisp, clean linens captured through a breezy blend of fruits and florals with touches of musk.

I have tried both as well and I prefer the 50/50. JMO

Isn't it caused by a self trimming wick? I have that too and that is what I figured was causing it.

Yea, get hammered! It's Friday--go out and get hammered! Deal with it after you get over the hangover. And Robin is right--these worries are not unique to candles.Dixie

Very nice!

Every Gingerbread I pour smells like "something burning" so I am wondering too.

I use them. They are my wick of choice. They self trim. When you light them the flame is big for a minute and then it goes down. I never trim them.

My name is smart tart and I have been making candles for 4 + years.....
I also am now using GL's 70/30 and really like it alot.....how are you getting your tops smooth and even.....? I have yet to pour a candle that I didn't have to zap the top with my heat gun to even it out....maybe my anal side is showing? But a smooth, even top is very important to me so I zap every one.....

Pour at 150.

WELCOME! Love your country and the people! We visit once a year in the spring and I always feel sad when we come home. Good luck with your candles!

OR you can buy orange dye!

I poured one today and so far I really like it. Great colors and is burning nicer than my 50/50 blend. Great scent throw too and no cure time.

When I first decided to try making soy container candles, I looked on ebay. I got lucky because I was purchasing from Candle Source. They were so nice. I asked the seller a couple of questions. He even called me to help me with my order.
The next time I wanted some soy was a whole different story. I still didn't know much of anything (and still don't) and had no idea all soy wax wasn't created equal. I got a bag of total shit. I emailed the seller and got no response. Duh.
Luckily, I stumbled across this board while searching trying to find out what to do with my bag of shit. I knew then how lucky I was to have made my first purchase from CS. Or maybe I wasn't so lucky. If I had gotten the bag of shit first, I would have never attempted another candle and saved thousands of $$.
I also learned some expensive lessons about fo's from ebay.
Too funny.....bag of shit!
All lessons are not in vain!

Anyone tried this one yet?
