But what did all that soy do to the HT?

The soy did nothing to the HT, IMO, good or bad. Still the same as if I had put none in. I was originally worried that it would hinder the HT, but not so. The CT is even great! 6006 is a parasoy blend anyway. So to 60 lbs. of 6006 I would add 9 lbs. of soy. I use EzSoy.

Add 15% soy to the 6006 and pour at about 185 degrees into room temp jars and let cool uncovered. HTH

This is what I did for years. Worked perfectly. No need to warm jars or pour any cooler. Once poured, I would group my jars together so they would cool a little slower. Also, I used CD wicks. To me, the soy help with adhesion and makes it look creamier. Good luck!

I use 6006 and Cajuns Red liquid dye. I use 25 drops of red per 2 lbs. 50 drops for 4 lbs. Makes a nice brilliant red. If you want to tone it down drop the red down and add brown. HTH

I used those jars for many years with a rust lid. I used 2-1/2" round kraft labels on the lid. Customers love it! Then I would tie some homespun around the neck to dress it up a bit.

I have poured it in 6006 and it's just not the same as MIllcreeks. Millcreeks is much better, you can smell more of the chili peper in it.

Hi, I use 6006 and in the 8 oz. JJ I was using a CD12 or CD14 for heavier oils, and CD16 in the 16 oz. sq. mason jar.

I'm burning 6006 (Lilac) 8 oz 3" round jar with a CD-18, it's burning well and smelling. Will try a CD-16 next time.

If you want a true Dreamsicle scent, it's the one from The Candle Source. I have tried dozens of FO's but this one is hands down, the best and true dreamsicle. Smells just like the ice cream. Really. IMO

That's what I paid my helper to pour all day.

I love her Tin Star. It was a best seller for me (sold my candle biz this year) and then she discontinued it. I was able to get her to order me some, but I had to pay $34 per lb. but I had a large order for that scent.

Please forgive me if I missed anyone, copy/paste, add, correct whatever. I just found this interesting.

Just this past Sunday I got a call from Discover Card's Fraud Division. I also got the $1 Hootsuit charge along with a $709.49 charge from Apple's online store. Of course, they canceled the card, pulled the chg. off my credit card, but it's a big PITA.

It was my Discover Card I had in my paypal acct.

I have since removed it, but probably should remove the other one too!

Seems it's a Paypal issue?

Candlewarmers will mail you the invoice which will show the shipping they charged. They do not put that inside any of the boxes.

I use KY's votive/tart wax and I love it! Super strong and my tarts last for a good long while. I use 1 oz FO pp on most of my FO's, more with lighter fragrances.

I totally understand. Alot of bulbs are burning out from my Christmas sales as well. I'm all out of warmers, but now I have to buy more bulbs.

Call and talk to Tyson. I would insist that he send you FREE replacements. I mean, 2 months and they are already burning out? That's ridiculous. Those bulbs aren't cheap.

Boy, this man works quick. I just sold my candle biz on 1/12/11 and just last week, the NEW OWNERS got a letter from him at their PO Box that they just opened.

They were getting ready to refund him, but she called me first. I told her about this thread.
