I just found out that ocean breeze is a nice scent also. I am trying to keep to country scents.
-
Thanks! I always go less since my area would not pay for expensive bath items.
-
I live near Peoria. I would love to come to Colorado again someday. Been there three times. Not in my agenda either, though, for now, lol.
-
Cd's work great for soy and LX are great for soy mix.
-
when you coming to Illinois TAS, lol.
-
I use 1/2 oz. in 1 lb. of ezsoy and it has a real, strong scent. I find that when using quality oils there is no need to use more than an 1/2 oz. unless it is a very light scent.

I use CD 16 in my 8 ounce mason jars which are 3 inches in diameter.

Ok, I decided to use the silky bath for my milk bath and add goat's milk powder, also. I have the 12 oz. milk bottles from KB and was wondering what to charge since it has goat's milk, clay and slsa added to it.

I will have to check out the ornament size (medium). I think mine is a large, not sure, need to measure. thanks so much.

thanks Daria. think I found a sugar scrub receipe.
-
Oh, yeah, oatmeal, milk and honey would be nice
-
any suggestions for scents for milk bath? I am going to do Lavender Vanilla and Pink sugar since I have a lot of people who like those scents. Also, can I buy collodal (sp) oatmeal at a store?

I like the christmas ornaments for bath bombs. However, I am trying to find one that is not so large.
-
I really love asheebeans bath bombs and thought if I leave the liquid part out (witch hazel) that I may use it for a bubbling bath powder.
-
Thanks so much. if you put in search, silky suds, it will come up. It is a bubbling milk bath with citric acid and sea salt besides powdered milk, etc.
-
I have seen the receipe for Milk Bath:
1 cup dry milk
1 cup baking soda
2 TBS corn starch & Fo
I also have made silky suds and love it but thought I would make one without the citric acid and sea salts for those who have sensitive skin.
I have 12 oz. milk bottles and thought I would start with 2 scents (4 bottles of each for now) to sell at my vendors booth just to see how they go.
My question is (finally, lol) I want to add Slsa to this receipe. I did not know exactly how much. Thought maybe I could add a 1/2 cup Slsa (MMS) and also do half goat's milk powder and half dry milk. I thought about honey powder but I don't have enough on hand. Will this receipe be good even though I don't add the citric acid or sea salt like in silky bath. The citric acid is more for fizzing, right?

I am looking for shea oil and soapers choice is out. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy some, at least enough to get me by until soapers gets more in. thank you.

I will probably use the silky sugar scrub in the salon. No piggy's, lol
-
That is what I was wondering too. I will give it a try later today. thanks. I am making lavender vanilla and pink sugar. Was thinking of using a sea type or herbal type scent since it is a salon but needs to smell good on the body.
-
Coco, any ideas on how to make this so I can use it in malibu bottles? This receipe sounds awesome!
-
I just made the silky sugar scrub receipe and wanting to put it in malibu's. I added another tbs. of jojoba oil to it so it would not thicken up too much. So far it is still like a lotion consitancy but will see. I was wondering if anyone else has made a sugar scrub and placed in malibu's. It is easier than messing with a wand or fingers esp. since I am making it for a salon.

Thank you Coco, you're a doll for doing this.

These are some nice scents listed, thanks all. Especially the aromatherapy ones.
