    why do you say that? I find that if I use stearic alone, I get seepage, but if I use the two together, I don't. But maybe that's just me.

    But, you can use vybar 343 for mottles. It is intended for use w/mottled candles.

    I don't know, I remember you giving me words of encouragement WAY back when when I was adding all kinds of colors to the pot trying to come up w/maroon.....I bet this will turn out better than you think - get it cut!

    Having candles drop out too quick on ya sucks. I made some as bunco prizes back in December, and was finishing them up a couple of hours before the game, and there one of them went, right on the floor. Nice huge dent in it. I still had to give it since I had no other prize, but at least this was to a friend and she didn't care anyway. She was like, I'm just going to burn it anyway. Hope you got things delivered in time.

    Ok, I lied, I resniffed and I definitely DO smell the maple. It's just a really strange scent to me.

    I'll be honest, I personally can't smell any maple, but it's just an odd scent to me. But you know how it goes, some peep will go nuts for it :rolleyes2

    I've gotten both of them as samples w/orders. The lemon danish is ok, but too buttery for me - Breakfast at Tiffanys I am totally unsure of it at this point. I can't figure out if I like it or not lol. I have put neither in wax yet. Obviously I am of no help to you whatsover.

    They are just mottled tilted layers with stearic - hit the molds w/a heatgun after they were mostly cooled. Yeah, this is from Peak's - they were out but got it back in the other day Thanks for the comments

    Knowing me, I will take another pic tomorrow when the sun is out - they really do look like a sherbet!

    These are again done in the small mold - also, the colors are a BIT brighter than what shows up in the pic Thanks for looking! edited to change out pic w/one taken in brighter light

    These molds are quite small, 2x3.5, but I dig them - they may be good for sampler packs or something along those lines - or may be good for nothing at all - guess I'll find out lol. Thanks for looking! edited to change pic to show one taken in better light
