    CottonBlosson has switched over to a rounded off version of their malibu tubes. However I really love the squared off version with the silver caps... Has anyone seen a supplier for 2oz and 4oz?

    Grumpy Girl is right... I once left a batch sitting out overnight before pouring the next layer... it wasn't pretty. The first layer had already shrunk, and the second layer creeped down around the edges of the first layer... the lines weren't even, and the layers just plain looked ugly.

    Odd that you ask this question. I got a sample of this a while back and was wondering what to use it in. Today I finally decided to use it in a batch of Bohunk's Holy Grail Scrub. I'm subbing out 1/2 of the castor and adding SAO in it's place. Using part white sugar, part brown sugar. Scenting with Peaks Vanilla Hazelnut, and adding in the vanilla seeds from one vanilla bean. I'm also adding a spoonful of this confetti in a copper color.

    I use Bandicoot's OOH recipe from the soapdish forum. It leaves the skin looking slightly shiny after use, but your hands feel wonderful. So far no one has complained about it. I'm gonna test your simple recipe out when my samples come in. I ordered over a week ago and so far nothing, everyone else seems to be getting theres lightning fast. *crosses fingers*

    I have tried that recipe. I was having a problem with the Slsa "Poofing" into the air and getting in my nose... When I checked the site I bought it from, it stated to wear eye and nose protection when using it. I was a bit worried about people getting into their noses. I double checked to make sure I was using the right thing for the recipe, and it is the correct thing. Is it just me that Slsa does this too? Is there another similar product I should check into? I got mine from the chemistry store *I think* and it's very powdery and poofy. If I bought it from somewhere else would it be better?

    I'd like to formulate a good bubble bath. I"m not sure yet if I'll want solid *like bubble bars* or liquid or powdered. I DO know that I want it to have lots of bubbles that last a long time... Any suggestions on recipes I could start out with? Advice on how to acheive bubbles in mass quantity with staying power?

    How much of a sheen are we talking? How long did it last before it wore off? I'm still waiting on my samples to come in! Can't wait to try it.

    Well wouldn't you know it! I find one thing I'm looking for, right after I ask. How would I go about making this mask not seperate. It mentions that the oils settles on top of the other ingredients. How would I make them NOT settle? Or is this possible at all?     I don't know why, but I've been thinking of chocolate B&B items alot lately. I think I want to work on a line of chocolate themed items. I'd like to work on the following: Face/Body Mask Scrub Lip Balm I was wondering if anyone had run across any recipes for these products with chocolate in them? I know I can make just plain old chocolate scented stuff, but I'd like to play with real chocolate or cocoa in them.

    Belive it or not... you can get a M&P soap kit at almost any large craft store. It won't be the GREATEST kit in the world, but it'll be easy to find, and easy to use. Now *coughs* since the bug hasn't bitten me yet. I have a friend who's wondering where to get a good HP or CP kit

    One of my favorite smells. The current bottle I got off the classifieds. It's from nature's cauldron. It's a thicker FO and it's not very strong. Can anyone recommend a stronger version?

    What about this one? http://www.soapandthings.com/pc-1400-130-organic-bar-1.aspx It's a flexible mold, it's a nice shape, still and oval type. The only drawback I see is that you only get one cavity per mold.

    I know people were talking about putting FBB in just about everything. So I put some in my M&P last night. Of course I'm quickly becoming the additive queen when it comes to M&P *I honestly think there isn't much I wouldn't put into the stuff* So I also dropped in a bit of shea butter and som slsa. The result was a very creamy bar, a bit softer than normal but still very solid. I scented with Strawberries and Cream, which blended nicely with the nutty smell of the shea butter. Lots of good lather.

    As a joke one of the guys I work for wanted to know if I could get a fried chicken scent... I've never seen anything like it so I thought I'd check into it. I'd be interested in know of any other similar scents that you guys have run across... I think I saw a bacon scent once... LOL

    I was checking on the 2oz size of Cotton Blossom's malibu tubes, because they are listed as out of stock on the site. The owner was kind enought to email back and let me know that they are having their 4oz bottles changed to match the more rounded 2oz version. They expect them in near the end of the month. The current more squared version of their 4oz bottles are one sale! $20 for 100 of em. Get em for cheap while they last.

    VS doesn't carry this scent anymore... I've been told that you can get it at some of their sales, but I've never seen it. WSP carries a version of this scent - but I've not been to aweful impressed with their DUPE'S in the past... Anyone seen this one anywhere else?

    I've read that Honey is good for the hair... I've also read that Rosemary EO is good for the hair. If you do a google search you'll find tons of recipes... I would try a few out and figure out which oils work best with your hair...
