I just finished this book and I highly recommend it to all of you. It is called 'The Business Coach' by Bradley J. Sugars. I got my copy on Amazon, but you may find it cheaper on Ebay, etc. This book is so awesome and I bet it will help each and every one of us.

I know exactly what you are talking about and I've had a one especially nasty customer "threaten" to write a negative review on a message board if I didn't submit to her needs. I stood my ground and referred to my policies and she ended up disappearing. I'm not going into details, but she was "dead wrong" and was just trying to get free candles. I think they will try and push your buttons to see how far they can get (with your merchadise and their money). I say as long as you stick to your policies and do what you are supposed to do then there is not much they can do besides talk. :highfive:

I just purchased it! I like the fact that they have the option to split the payments over two months for only $99.50 per month! Makes it a lot easier on the pockets.

I think I am loving this one much better. I'm a windows person and this one is much more visually appealing and easier for me to navigate. I'd pay the extra price for that convenience.

How about tying the bow or ribbon on the top, like you would do a gift? That way you can use your hang tag. :highfive:

The cd 20 isn't going to give you a complete burn. I'm not familiar with the HPTs. Off the top of my head you can find the cd 22s at candle wick or candles and supplies.

I use the Millenium Blend and I don't have those problems at all. The only time I experience wet spots is when the temperature drops. My Millenium Blend does not frost at all and the colors are beautiful and the tops are smooth.

This is my observation as well. Bean Pod and EL are one in the same and share the same facilities. They are using EL wax without paraffin. I outsource some of their unscented candles and trust me, I asked.

I received a sample of the GW464 and it said "shortening flakes" on the sample bag.

Try one CD-22 if you want one wick although it burns totally clean with 2 CD-16 wicks. Best burn ever!

I would. I don't really see what the big deal would be. It's not like they can figure out all your secrets by burning your candles. Most people try candles from the competition to compare to the way their own candles burn.

I agree. Out of all the wicks I tested with Palm the RRD's out performed the others.

I don't make palm wax candles anymore, but from what I remember when I heated the wax to 200 the crystals were much less. I got more crystals when I only heated to 180. HTH.

Try a CD-10.

I got mine from C&S and I had this problem as well. I now get them from CW with the Beeswax coating so I can be assured that all the wax in my candle is natural.
