MA have you tried Millcreeks Nishiki Grapefruit... good Lord is it strong!

I just poured NG Lemon and it smells like lemon zest.. killer throw. I know they have orange as well.

I use SFIC white and GM and add tons of stuff to mine.. my favorite combo right now is GM with avocado oil, castor oil and stearic with fragrance. My soap is very bubbly and moisturinzing. It is just as good in the white base as well. It seem a little harder though. HTH..

IMHO I have yet to find a cream that compares to MMS's body cream base.. my ulitmate goal is to duplicate it. I have samples from 4 other companies and theirs is hands down the favorite among all my testers. Try a sample... it rocks! You don't need to add a preservative or polysorbate with your fragrance either.. Sweet Cakes is number 2 on my list, but the price and the fact that you have to add polysorbate with your fragrance is definitely a negative.

Ditto what Fern says.. have yet to find a Herbal that even comes close to Tradewinds Herbal Ecstacy.. I think Fern and I need to have that one duped from IFT!

LOLOLOL!!! When I get home, I will just have to list what I won't be using in the classifieds.. I think they all smell good, but I tend to focus on candles more than B&B.. My candle list is pretty much set... I have at least 10 samples of Solas and the pound of Cuc Lav Sage.. I would rather get these sold while they are really new.. Be on the look out!!!

Okay.. don't shoot me.. I put the Cucumber Lav Sage into soap and I cannot stand it either.. and I bought a whole pound.. I have only used 1 tablespoon of it..just not my type..be on the look out in the classys for this and all my other Solas samples that I won't be using.. That is what I get for being so damn compulsive.. I just don't want to waste them.. I only have about 300 samples collecting dust..

Okay Cindym... I sent you a pm on this regarding the Liqua Par Optima stuff.. I have Germaben II on hand.. it is for recipes with 25% or less in "oil phase".. Since I am new at this, I am not quite sure if just the oils and butters are considered the "oil phase" or if the stearic and e wax is included. Thanks for any help on this one! Teri

If you have tried this fragrance from Tradewinds, you already know how awesome it is.. I was just curious if anyone has found this same fragrance from another supplier.. I have tried Purely Herbal, Herbal Essence, etc.. but this one is extremely unique and just plain awesome! The price is just way too high.. I am using a parasoy blend.. If you guys are looking for some more good ones from Ng.. you gotta try Palm Island.. it is insanely strong.. kind of like Satin Sheets.. VERY strong as well.. I am starting to find myself converting many of my fragrances to NG.. I noticed that Peak's prices have gone up.. NG gives you a discount if you buy mulitiple pounds.. I LOVE that

Okay.. I just got Orchid Rain, Spiced Cranberry, and Lemon.. OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Orchid Rain is incredible in candles and B&B!!!!! I had purchased a sample of this from Majestic Mountain Sage, but I did not want to pay almost $24/pound... I decided to give it up.. I read on here that NG had it and I bought it without buying a sample first.. You will love it.. very strong and such a beautiful fragrance.. you soapers will love it.. The spiced cranberry smells even better than BCN!! The Lemon smells like fresh lemon rind.. just thought I would pass it on..

My most favorite for a while now is IFT dupe of Henri Bendel's Vanilla Bean.. this is the bomb.. and now I don't have to pay $25 for a 10oz candle!! Best Seller - NG Hot Orange Danish

Great! I just got Yankees dupe of Cottage Breeze from them and now I am hooked on it! I have yet to see it anywhere else and it is God Aweful strong!!!

I am sooooooo loving my Goat's Milk M&P... I don't make CP, but I have to tell you... if you experiment with adding some Avocado oil, castor oil,, you will be in HEAVEN!! I am a Dove, or Caress soap freak ( I know.. I just love the super creamy stuff!:embarasse ) I personally love my M&P!!!!! THANK YOU PEAKS for the great prices!!

I mix 415 with J223 and I get the same thing... just seems to be part of its characteristics...Love the burn, so I have just learned to live with it...

I recently contacted Peaks to find out who their supplier was for their newly listed Melt and Pour bases. SFIC!!!! Yeah baby!! You will not believe the prices.. Cheapest I have found ANYWHERE!! I paid about $1.99 a pound for Goat's Milk.. I bought 36 pounds.. I am in Heaven!!!!! Now.. I have not figured out if with shipping it is cheaper from them or in a coop... Just thought I would pass this along..

One interesting note is NG's Yacht Club is the same as Solas' Seabreeze. Both smell great. You guys have to try NG's Palm Island.. super strong and very different.. reminds me of a Solas type fragrance. I also got the following.. Hydrangea - awesome floral, throws well Yacht Club - great oob Lilac - great oob, strong and true Palm Island - becoming a big seller Pikaki - very strong oob Dreama - really pretty scent oob.. very surprised.. would be awesome in soap Fresh Peach - strong oob, but never can tell with Peach until in wax Melon Mist - nice scent.. not sure if it would throw well. kind of light Capri Olivo - really nice and strong oob- great for soap or candles Lemon - VERY surprised! Like grated zest oob... my new Lemon fragrance! Romance - very pretty scent. strong. would work well for candles or soap Country Apple - Nice apple scent.. still prefer Apple peel from AWE Hot Baked Apple Pie - Very strong oob... great for candles. __________________
