    Are they cracking before set up or after? after half dry? I make jumbo balls ( orniments) and I dont have a pressure method...it might be the recipe your using...not enough this or that or too much moisture etc...also if its humid, that makes a difference. Mine use to not harden all the way if humdity was up ...it would take a long time or they would kinda bend or move then crack. But as practice has taken over and a thousand baths for everyone who knows me....no crackin and nice hard balls:D

    I color mine my clients like it that way and they look fun. My containers are clear as well. ETA= my mans scrub or brown sugar scrub is natural

    my son is in the 7th grade......he loves fruit & food scents: apple blueberry lemon strawberry chocolate marshmellow pumpkin gingerbread cinnamon etc....

    personally I dont like things floating in my bath that turn the water brown:embarasse I prefer shower chocolate items:drool:

    eta:read your recipe...too much liquids....you need to adjust it so that theres not so much. Go by feel.

    too much liquid will make them activate along with humidity & any type of moisture in the air. I never add water or WH unless in a spray bottle and I always add all my liquids very slowly and I do it by feel rather then by recipe. You want it almost dry but slightly moist, just enough to start to form a shape but not wet. If that makes sense. if you activate it all at once then it wont fit in water because its already activated. If you have too much moisture you can also end up with "warts". Practice alot and watch your weather.

    you can add FBB however it wont be hard...so if thats ok with you - perhaps not shipping it then great idea.
