  1. I'm looking for the 22 ouncer, and, I can get them cheaper from Candles and Supplies.
  2. Just spoke to Rick and their prices are exorbitantly high, actually (close to triple what I currently pay on the same jars that I buy from Fairwayglass, and more than $1 on the tureens that C & S sells for under $1). Anyone else know a good place to get these Tureens?
  3. are they a manufacturer? or are they more of a distributor?
  4. Thanks for that. I appreciate it. Do you know if they carry the Tureens, and if so, a ballpark price range on them?
  5. Anyone know who has the best prices on Tureens in large quantities, or who manufactures these types of jars?
  6. The Shea Butter Lotion seems to me, to be by far the greasiest feeling on my skin. Even after it's absorbed, my hands feel greasie.
  7. So you actually like the Decadently Rich Body Cream better than the Indulgence one?
  8. I know they do custom stuff as well however, what are your thoughts on their three stock bases? Has anyone tried all three for comparison purposes?
  9. Any recommendations for a high end, luxury look?
  10. Anyone know a good recipe for one, ala the Bath and Bodyworks varieties?
  11. Does anyone know if anything such as this, custom in nature, would be a possibility if I contacted the manufacturer directly?
  12. Just out of curiosity, is there a size between Eco .5 and Eco 1? I believe there is not, but, I'm wondering if possibly contacting the manufacturer, and simply asking them, if they could make one.
  13. An insurance company can deny a claim for whatever reason, however, having that hold up in court and before a judge, is a completely different story. I speak from experience (as a form insurance adjuster). They can say the candle was not safe, and, you can say it was safe, and, it's going to boil down to who can prove their case in front of a judge. One thing has nothing to do with the other. Plus, Top has already indicated that they are probably safer than wicks with sustainer bases for the reason he already noted.
  14. If you could only pick ONE oil to be your favorite, which would it be? And, is it also your best selling? If not, what is your best selling? For me, it would HAVE to be the Creme Brulee from Tristate. As for best selling, don't have any as I don't sell them yet. This should be fun. No cheating. No naming five different oils. You have a gun to your head and HAVE to pick one in each category (best selling and personal favorite).
  15. Eco wicks, for me, burn certain oils that clogged/drowned every single other wick I tried. I have an oil that has some myrh in it, in which I tried every wick on the face of the earth (HTP, CD, LX, FW, Premier Series Wicks, Fil Tec, Cotton, Zinc...you name it, I tried it). Not a single one stayed lit (in any size I tried), except for the Ecos.
  16. I've only tried their Creme Brulee, but, it's one of the strongest, best throwing oils (not to mention the single best Creme Brulee I've ever smelled), ever. I would definately put them in wax.
  17. Because it never hurts to get other's opinions, and, that is, after all, what this board is for. I have already ordered a ten pound slab for testing purposes. We will see how this goes. The GL70/30 wasn't anywhere near the top of the heap, in my previous testing, in terms of scent throw.
  18. Not a huge fan of Greenleaf's at all and, I don't feel their 70/30 blend throws very well at all. There is another chandler on here, who's opinion I respect (alot), who feels that the Taylored 30/70 throws better (far better) than the Greenleaf 70/30. This is why I was asking for some other opinions. I am going to order some and see how it goes.
  19. I tried searching for this however, I found very little, if any, information.
