Hi. I make the 8 oz masons with EZ soy and use HTP 126 and even occasionally the 1212 for some of the heavier FO's, so to answer your question, no you are not way off

I really appreciate all of your opinions While this burn isn't bad, it's not as good as it could be so I will continue testing with different wick sizes and types and will give the double wicking a try. Again, thank you for all the help!

Good question, I have no idea where the pic went! I tried a web hosting site for the first time, so that is probably what happened. I'll attach the pic again. The opening of the jar is about 2-1/2 inches but the diameter is about 4 inches, so I didn't think double wicking would work with that small of an opening.

I have a sample of the monster HTP 1312 that I can try. I'd prefer to use one wick if I can. I appreciate your help

This was after 15 burns of approximately 4 hrs each. I used EZ soy, pumpkin cheesecake FO and an HTP 1212 wick in the 10 oz pumpkin jar. Sorry the pic is a little blurry. Thanks Melly for the instructions on how to post a picture

They look more like soot "streaks" than wicks to me. It definitely looks awful. -

That looks like the tip of the silicone bulb as those are electric candles and have no wicks! Hey Groovy Chic, I like your electric grubbies- neat colors. My daughters would love those
