  1. I agree! It is a great resource for those like me who are blend-impaired when left to their own devices. Made up the spray just now the blend using SC Sandalwood FO and it's yummy too! Husband loves it as well. He's my "second opinion" nose - I know it's a keeper if HE likes it too.
  2. Just found a great blend on Rainbow Meadow's site. I splurged and bought a half ounce of real Sandalwood EO (East Indian) from New Directions and tried this blend. I imagine it would work well with SC Sandalwood as well. It's equal parts of: Cinnamon Leaf Frankincense Lemon Myrrh Orange, Sweet (I used Blood Orange EO) Sandalwood I put it in a roll-on with FCO and it's like a Christmas holiday. Mmmm! I'd love to have candles that smell like this. Thought someone might be interested in the blend. I'm going to make up a spray for the house now using my Sandalwood FO with this blend recipe and see if it is as nice.
  3. Cool cartoon soapies! It would be fun, when using them, to see how the pictures morph as you work your way through the bar! Fun stuff!
  4. That black and white packaging is and eye-popper! Just lovely. Cute products & packaging. I hope you have a fabulous show!
  5. Great looking soapies, DeJae! (If you feel an overwhelming desire to have a tester...the Wild Oats and Honey is calling to me...) Just the ticket for fall!
  6. Absolutely amazingly beautiful blue bars!
  7. I'm now using perfumer's alcohol from Snowdrift with FOs in atomizers. I like its lighter feeling spray, especially in the summer. I've also used cyclomethicone and FOs in atomizers and it works well also. For roll-ons I use FCO and FOs. Each has their own particular feel that you may like better than the other. I really haven't noticed a lot of difference in the lasting power between them. I've not used many EOs because I don't do so well at blending them. It's on my list of things to do. HTH P.S. I've never added glycerin to mine, but then I've not used EOs.
  8. I can smell them from here! The color may not be what you were going for, but it's a beautiful blue and white!
  9. Very cool deep coloring and swirls!
  10. Your gilding is a striking effect! Nice soaps.
  11. All your soaps look great! Super job on the first time layering - love the green and white.
  12. Your soap is a three ring circus! I don't see an angry clown....I see a brilliant celebration of soaping expertise. Can't wait to see the big finish!
  13. From what I can see your soaps look very nice, but I can't get them to enlarge by clicking. I get an error message. On my laptop the pink does look very intense!
  14. Pretty soaps! I'm partial to the Axe bars - love the colors and bar patterns!
  15. Your soaps look good! The swirls on the BRV are right on.
  16. Your bars look great! Definately worth all your work!
