    Just posted a help thread on the regular candle board myself. The wax is awesome but doesn't wick anything like my old wax. I used to use a CD14 in my tins...the CD14 is way too big in this wax for these containers. Don't know if I should just change wicks.

    I just got my order in from Greenleaf. Very Very happy with the way the candles have set up. Color is beautiful...Throw is awesome....However I have never wicked anything with paraffin in it. I am having a hard time figuring out where to go next. I am using a 8oz tin...the dia is 3'' across. I could usually wick one of these with a CD14 in my soy. But its not working out with this wax at all. I have a huge flame, and its tunneling. Do I need to wick down? Maybe I need to change wicks? TIA

    Just got my WAX! Can't wait to play. OMG I got a sample of their Indonesian Teak....LOVE IT! I also ordered lotion...and LOVE THAT TOO..a bit pricey, but well worth it!!

    I use the ecosoya advanced waxes and am spoiled by the way they set up. I kind of freaked out when I saw this. This was a freebie sample I got..it's always nice to see what else is out there.

    Thanks Candleman I heated to 180 added dye and FO..poured cool. I am curious to know if this is just characteristic of this wax.

    Just poured a pound of wax I was given to test out. Its called Millenium. It looks like cauliflower. Did I do something wrong? Or is this the ugliest wax ever? :undecided

    Is it a Zinc Core wick? If so....I don't see the zinc in it.

    Just placed my order for 10lbs and getting it shipped 2nd day air!!! I can't wait to try this wax. Reading this board makes me want to go back and order some more!!! It feels like Christmas in MARCH!

    Suzie....are u using soy by any chance? I couldn't get a good throw in soy.

    I use the Advanced and also have a few throw issues. However...I do have some Fos that throw well in my tins. I haven't used any other soy waxes so I don't really have anything to compare to. I am receiving a sample tomorrow of Millenium wax.

    I would like to make some tealights using a para/soy blend. Any suggestions? Adhesion, frosting and all that is not important...something that throws strong will do. Thanks

    I bought the one from Sweetcakes. I made lotions and its alot softer that the one from BBW. It does smell like it...but its missing something.
