    I quit for a little over a year while being prego and then taking care of newboprn son...I didn't lose my notes though. Maybe starting over from scratch is a good thing? better formulas?

    I live in Alabama...I sell 8 oz containers, melts and I also do aroma bead sachets. The melts don't do so well but people love the jars and sachets. I am currently working on pillar testing, have been for the last year or so(I just can't get these puppies satisfactorily wicked), I have had a few requests for them, but people seem much more interested in the jars. At one time I also did votives, but they didn't do well enough to keep in my line.

    I wish I had the ability to do this...I'm lazy....I have many foil and paper towel lined trays I lay the stuff on and at the end of the day I do all the cleaning using the oven and paper towels, then I put it all away....I should have listened to my mom, she always told me to clean as I go...

    I get this with a few scents, especially lovespell for some reason. I use my heat gun and take care of it when smoothing the tops of my candles. I heat the inside by going around the edge of the jar opening, ocassionally I have to use the corner of a paper towel to get some of the residue off.

    business here...I have an entire room off of my kitchen...two large work(old kitchen) tables rolling carts, shelves, little plastic shoeboxes, one of those pegboards with the lil metal hanging thingys that i store clamshells and sachets on...I do however use the oven in my kitchen for warming jars and cleaning molds, but as soon as I can get hubby to do the wiring for it I have a second hand oven that will be going into my room. I used to use my kitchen and have to lug everythinbg out then put it away, I love my new setup.

    I use J223 and get wet spots everytime, but I have learned to just let it go....I put my lids on after the wax cools a bit and sets up, I usually wait 3 days to a week to test burn.

    I voted 3/4 oz up to 1 oz....I have never had to use more on any of my FOs and my melts are strong enough to knock you out, hot and cold.

    heh...I guess I can stop wasting my time weighing my FO into my wax and just dump 2 tbsp in instead...what a time saver, damn where can I get one of those lightning fast thermometers at?:undecided

    I'm needing a FO that has a new car smell. Not totally pleased with leather, looking for something "new". Any help would be appreciated. TIA

    I HATE the stickums, they come loose all the time, I vote for silicone all the way.

    I started giving away to my family after about a few months and started selling around a year, while pregnant with my son I stopped and when I started back up a few months back I retested everything all over again. I have spent thousands of dollars testing and expect to spend more before I break even...but hopefully it will happen eventually.

    When injecting critters, how much FO should I use? These will be approximately 6" bears.

    Nothing!!! Christmas with the kids and family all weekend. Starting monday with some valentines stuff.
