    Oh girl, that is too cool. I wonder if you could some how pour it let it set up kinda like a hurricane to where it would be hollow inside. Put a tealight inside and those marble eyes would glow ever so creepy. Nice job chica!!! :highfive:

    Ohhhhhhhh Karol, my friend, please tell me more about Crothix. How much should I add (meaning percent or amount)? Thanks for the tip. I need to go make sure I have it (thinking I do). Yep, got an 8oz bottle.

    Brenda, your bars are gorgeous!!!!! The green almost looks piney or "army" green. I like the color. I ordered some of the micas as well but haven't started testing them. I'm diggin that "lip smoother!"

    The directions on BCS say NOT to heat this base. I talked with another member that swears by this base and she also said not to heat it. Hmmm, I made 2 testers, one for DD and one for Nathan. DD say's it's "too runny" and doesn't like it. Nathan loves it. Go figure. I haven't tried it yet so I can't comment on the dryness but I will check with Nathan to see if he's experiencing a "dryness" feeling. I haven't had any complaints from him but remember, he's a guy! LOL.

    I mix mine in some of the melted oils or glycerin. If I'm going to swirl, I pour off about a portion (4 oz. or so) of my soap mixture (after I've added the lye water to my oils) and stick blend it just a bit and then swirl with it.

    Absolutely beautiful palms!!!!! Your colors are spectacular. I really love the 2X3's. I need another mold like I need a hole in my head, lol.

    Gorgeous candle. I'm so glad you posted that you printed on fabric. We were talking about this at work the other night. One of the RN's does cross-stitch and asked if it was possible to print on fabric (not using a transfer). Can I ask if you had to use a special printer ink to print on fabric and does it smear? Thanks so much!

    I haven't tried mine yet. However, I've heard some have had trouble with the colors morphing. Knowing that in advance, I will be doing 1 pound test batches to be safe. We need to keep this thread at the top and post our results.

    Eugenia, I just shipped a package to Olivia in Germany. I originally wanted to ship it FedEx (I have an account with them) until I found out how much it was going to cost (based on the weight of the package) $126.00. I ended up shipping USPS for $47.00 and it got there in 6 days. I didn't check DHL but I will for future reference. I don't know what the weight of your package is but I'd check with FedEx and DHL to compare costs. Good Luck girl!

    Rachel, are you saying you want to find a way to bottle it and still KEEP the air bubbles? I think that's what I'm understanding. I don't use this product but I can tell you that I used BCS's shower gel and at first it had tons of air bubbles. But, after it set for an hour or so, the air bubbles were gone for me. I used a funnel to pour mine into the bottle and I don't have to add anything to the BCS gel.

    Beautiful candles and arrangement. I can't comment on the scent as I haven't ever sniffed it. It does sound awesome for the holidays.

    I have a question for any and all who can help me decide. I have some shower gel base that I'm going to play with and test. I need to order some colorants (oh, joy). I've looked at the Labcolors and Dragon Lily colors as possible options. If you have experience with either or both, would you please post your opinions and/or reviews. Thanks so much!

    You can try Taylored Concepts. I know they carry oils. I'm not sure if they carry preservatives. Also, check Starrville Soaps. HTH
