  1. I got mine from Serendipities Scents (I'm pretty sure that's the name). She carries ALL the AXE FO's and sends samples with your order (or I should say she sent them with mine). Wow, didn't know Wixnwax carried it too.
  2. My wonderful mom gave me mine for my birthday. Got it from Felicia and absolutely love this program. Although I'm still very new to using it, I highly recommend it. I got the professional version. You won't go wrong with Felicia. She's an absolute doll. Great communication and super customer service!
  3. Yep, I'd get a Kelsei any day of the week. I have 2 of the 9 bars and just love them.
  4. Well, I love both the before and the after pics!!!!!! Awesome as ever Brenda!!
  5. Gorgeous, rich colors!!!!! Great save on the rebatch.
  6. Julie, who the heck is Wendy's? At first, I thought you were joking and referring to something else (we had it twice on the trip, lol). Winter Candy Apple sounds awesome, would love to know who carries it.
  7. I'm interested in your thoughts on their Men's Shaving Lotion. Keep us posted!!
  8. Awesome job Val!!!!!! I haven't tried HP before much less rebatching it. I think it looks terrific. I agree, your sister is really going to love that soap. Your such a great sister...hugs to you!!!
  9. I don't have a recipe but I do know that Yarrow Extract is excellent for scars and stretch marks. You might want to think about using it as an additive in your recipe. HTH
  10. OMG Brenda, that soap is lovely!!!!!! If you have some guitar string, it works great to cut whip soap. I can't wait to see this cut!!!!!
  11. Gosh, I'm so flattered by your comments. You all make such beautiful soaps as well. I'm very relieved to hear that someone else experienced discoloration. I wasn't sure if it was in relation to my recipe. I had never smelled or used Nags before Nathan mentioned it. Scented helped pick this one out and I have to say "it ain't to shabby"!!!!! I'm very pleased with my 2 batches this week. I hope the boys love their soaps! Thanks again for all the wonderful comments, I do appreciate it.
  12. Thank you all very much for the wonderful comments. I'm flattered as I admire your soaps as well. As for "where" I got the Axe FO, it's Serendipitous or Serendipities Scents, something like that. I'd never bought from her before but I have to say, it's a great FO. She also carries ALL of the Axe fragrances. Kilo isn't to shabby either. She's sent samples with my order. I haven't taken them out of the mold yet, but when I do, I will be sure to post pics. Thanks again to you all!!!!
  13. Hmmmm, makes me a little leary to order. I've only heard good things about them. Sorry to hear they are have difficulties.
  14. Absolutely beautiful job Reese!!!!! I think you have achieved a very unique and elegant candle and the dome glass and base really accent the presentation!!!!!! Bravo!!!
  15. :highfive: Thank you so much!!!! I'm really excited to get this one out of the mold to see how they turn out. I hope the boys like them.
  16. I totally love this scent. It just screams sexy. I had a request for a red and black swirl soap (my boys) and then Nathan asked if I could do swirls that looked like flames. Well, I gave it a shot...will have to see if they look like flames when I take it out of the mold. It's snuggled in for the night. Here it is without the dividers: And with the dividers: And here it is out of the mold. Still needs to be cleaned up but it's a little too soft right now. Smells awesome!!!!!
  17. I like "Berry Island Baby". But how about "Jammies"? That's what my babies always called the night clothes and they always smelled so good, then they grew up, lol.
  18. That is absolutely a gorgeous picture. I like your shots much better!!!!!
  19. Yahoo!!!! What did I win? LOL I wanted something "dudish" and thought those colors would look great. When Nathan saw them, he asked me how I do that and could I make the swirls look like "flames". LMAO. So, that got my brain to churning for colors for AXE-Touch. I'll post those when their done. Thanks for all the nice comments. I'm really pleased with how the colors worked together.
  20. Ashley's boyfriend loves Nags Champa. He's put up with the little princea$$ for a year now so I made him his own batch of soap. I used black oxide, UM blue and UM violet. I wasn't expecting this to discolor but to my surprise the uncolored soap turned carmel brown. It actually works with the colors I used and he just can't wait to get his hands on it. It smells awesome. I'm not sure if that's a good thing now or not, lol!!!! My next challenge is a moisturizing lotion and toner for acne prone skin for him. I still need to do some clean up but here it is:
  21. LOL, you really don't want to know....Tony's, Scent Works, Starrville and Serendipitous. It'd be soooooo nice to be able to get them at one place.
  22. Well, the masculine scents that are totally rocking in my house (lately) are AXE-Touch, Bay Rum, Green Irish Tweed and Nags Champa. The Nags is getting pawed almost daily as it cures, lol. I'm VERY partial to the AXE-Touch. It just screams sexy!!!!!
  23. Try Scent Works or Essentials by Catalina.
  24. We made it in around 5:00pm. Kerry got to sleep most of the way home and the nausea was pretty much gone. I feed her some oatmeal (at her request) and she really looked much better after she ate. I had a blast and yes, I agree, it was fabulous to meet everyone and a huge thank you to Bunny and Kimberly for their demo's and sharing!!!!!!
