    which supplier has a really strong Twigs and Berries? I read on one post that twigs and berries is a take off of Woodberry? So a real strong twigs and berries or a real strong woodberry anyone know of any?

    All the walmarts close to me only carry them seasonally, BUT, you may want to see if you have any seed companies close to you, I found one 17 miles from me that carries them all year.

    I buy a lot of stuff off ebay. I've bought color chips, wick, wick tabs, stickems, and so on.. The woman I get a lot of my stuff from has wicks, she ships fast and her shipping is extremely reasonable. Let me know if you want her ebay id and i'll hunt it up for you.

    I like my wick stickems. I've not had one come loose on me yet. The glue dots are a different story......

    I do it like this, there are 10 tenths in one ounce. If i use .2 of one ounce then it's 2 tenths. And out of curiosity I checked it on google and they say 1 ounce = 28.3495231 grams That's a little more math than I like tho :smiley2: Kim

    Anyone use this wax and if so, how do you like it? Does it throw good? I use 6006, but need to reorder and thinking of what's closest to me to save on shipping. Kim

    I think this is gonna be one that I just can't smell. I've had two people come over this morning while it was burning, one loved it,one hated it.

    I looked on Ebay and found a roll on perfume oil expensive tho , 5.99 for 1/3 oz. No idea if it'd throw in a candle Oh, hold up, I just found the fragrance oil at oregontrailsoaps.com, says it's ok to use in candle (meaning safe, I'm thinking) about 12$ for 8 ounces, scenterstage.com has it also. I've never tried anything from these two dang, I might have to try some!

    Keep in mind I'm new to making candles: I'm using 6006, and this is what I do... I leave a little wax in the pan when i pour, When the candles have cooled some and top is firming up, I take my thermometer and poke holes all in the top and make it look awful, then I heat the wax in pan back up and pour it again, (topping off or repour) I guess that's what it's called. Anyway, it usually gives me a nice smooth top without sinkholes. btw, I noticed a lot of times when i grouped my jars together to cool, the sinkholes were worse I think so I don't bother doing that anymore.hth

    If you add a little beeswax in, will you have to change wicks for it too? I was thinking if it makes the wax harder you might need a little bigger wick?

    I'm glad you asked that question dragontear, I wanted to know the same thing. Someone was selling stuff on ebay they called it scent intense, said it makes the throw stronger and the candle burn longer, so me being me, i had to buy some and check it out and to me it looks like beeswax. I'm just not real sure that's what it is but that's what it looks like and my mom thinks so too. I emailed and asked but haven't gotten an answer back. I just added 1% of it and i'll see how it does. I'm using a pre-blend though,not straight soy. And i'm new to all this and i'm so addicted!

    Would a small amount of beeswax added help with scent throw?

    my mistake, it says 1% per pound of wax. Says makes candles burn longer and have a stronger scent

    something I seen on Ebay, looks like yellow wax, said add 1 ounce to 1 pound of wax for a stronger scent throw.

    Has anyone ever heard of Scent Intense, used in your wax, supposed to make the scent throw stronger?
