  1. You can either put it in dropper bottles or bottles with the treatment pumps. I sometimes put just a drop of lavender eo in it. hth Julie
  2. I use the squalane as it is or you can add specific eo as a face serum. It is pricey but great stuff! Julie
  3. Hi, I currently make some regular candles & would love to try some gel ones. I have a ton of fos...mostly bakery scents because that's what everyone seems to like here! When I went to check a bunch to see if they are gel safe they of course are not. I absolutely CAN NOT use the fos I have? I hate the thought of having to buy all new & retesting in my regular wax cuz I won't be able to buy two of everything! Thanks, Julie
  4. Thanks! Going to check it out. Julie
  5. Quite some time ago there was talk that several people had candles catch fire while using the warmer plates. The blame was put on the metal wick tab getting too hot & causing the liquid wax to ignite. Also questioned was the warmer itself...seems some of them(specially the mug warmers) get hotter than the candle warmers. Can't prove it by me but all I know is I sell only canlde warmers & wickless jars cuz it's a suit happy world! Julie
  6. Hi, Trying to find a good face scrub recipe. I tried one I made up with mp soap, honey, jojaba oil & apricot seeds & it turned my face all scaley so I guess I need something w/o the sls in it! Thanks, Julie
  7. Hi, I'm wanting to make a face scrub that I could use different eo for different skin types. Anyone have a face scrub recipe that you'd be willing to share? tia Julie
  8. I haven't used that fo or that combination of wax but use j223 but in the 8oz jar I have used a 50z or up to a lx 24 w/ some of the tougher fragrances. Julie
  9. Two gals I know had to have their houses professionally cleaned from burning Yankee candles! Their ins. actually paid for it. Gee...maybe I should quit trying to make sootless candles & I could finally get my spring cleaning done! lol! Julie
  10. Oooeee! Scary for sure. I caught a pot on fire once but it was on my porch on the grill. I set another pan over it & it smothered it out. Still made my heart pound too! Glad you, hubby & your home is okay. Julue
  11. I just switched to J223 from IGI 6006. Am much happier with the hot throw...it is really great. Good luck & if you find "the perfect wax" don't forget to let us all know!! lol! Julie
  12. I have some I'd like to sell. If you'd be interested let me know. Julie
  13. I seem to have to go larger than the charts say with the LX. Have heard this from others too so I don't think it's just me! But I think the LX 18 or 20 would be about the same. Julie
  14. Have you ever compared these to J223? Was thinking of trying the cbl130 but wondered if it has as good of cold throw as the 223. Julie
