Thanks guys! I've never had a problem before when people order. This is the first time that someone actually went the entire way with their order and then expected to get it for 10 bucks. I emailed her and said that I couldn't and wouldn't do the 50% off code and explained why and she emailed back saying she'd use the 30% off one tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. I will never ever go on a message board and post with my consumers about a matter. Even if someone goes on the board and posts my business name and says horrible things I think it's more professional of me to just act like I never saw it and move on. I literally have to sit on my hands sometimes.

I had a customer today place a HUGE order!! Like a hundred dollar order and when I looked at it carefully there were no prices and the total was only 10 bucks. I emailed her saying that there was a problem with her order and she responds back that I should honor the price! First off I'm freaked out because my cart obviously had done something to mess up her order but then also by the fact that she wanted all of that for 10 dollars. Then I look at it again and basically when she listed what she wanted she didn't pick the product she wanted the scent in so of course there was no price. So she actually created the problem herself and is trying to blame it on me. I refunded her money and apologized saying that I couldn't give it to her for free especially since it was not my fault. I give her a 15% off coupon on her order and she says nevermind and that she'll wait until my sale. That's fine but I email her back saying that I feel bad about what happened and i still want her to order so I gave her an early sale with the 30% off code and thought that it would make her happy... Nope. She emails me back and says that a 50% off coupon would have been better. Am I off my rocker?! Then I see she goes to a major candle forum and doesn't say my name but basically asks how people feel about it but doesn't give them all the facts and they all agree that I should honor it. I'm blown away!

I need someone to make a sticker of a logo that I have for another site I just bought. Do you know of anyone who make stickers? Or perhaps there's a program and a type of paper that you can suggest that I can do it myself? I want the paper to be like sticker paper. It has to be glossy and professional. If you know of a website that you have used in the past please let me know! I don't even know where to begin and it's the last thing I need to do in order to get this box rolling. I need thousands of these stickers.

JS has probably the best customer service around. At least that I've had to deal with. Super quick shipping, reasonable prices, and large scent selection. That said, the oils from her that I love are: Caramel Cinnamon Latte Orange Chiffion Cake Vanilla Buttercream Crunch Chestnuts and Brown Sugar Moijito Cocktail Berries and Buttercream Those are all amazing!

A friend is searching for a neopolitan scent.. anyone know of a supplier with one? Or would you just do a custom mix? Help!

You should go to Peak's website and buy a starter kit. Then head back over here and search for "tarts" or "melts" and read read read!! I think that's the best advice I could possibly give someone. Any oils from Peaks will be good quality oil.

I know the rule about using containers with the 5 on the bottom.. so what if it has a 6 on it? Is that bad? Or could someone link me to somewhere that describes what all the numbers mean?

I am also looking for a Fruit Loops scent.. as well as Juicy Fruit Gum scent. I'm on a super sweet kick right now.

I also use a few NG oils and the only one that I have been less then thrilled with is Chai Tea. That one doesn't smell much like what it's supposed to smell like. I use a 50/50 blend as well.

What's Vertically Enhanced? Am I have a duh moment? I think the Iced Tea sounds like the bomb but when I order just one oil it's like freaking 11 bucks to ship it to Washington and I want to cry! Oh, and the reason it's so much is because I am dumb and always buy oils in the lbs even if I hate them.. yes I know.. stupid!

Wow, thanks! Right now I have figured out how if a customer just orders melt packs that the shipping will work correctly but if they order a melt pack and a single melt it wants to pretend that the single melt weighs as much as a melt pack and charge like 2 dollars more.. that's silly. A single melt and a melt pack should all be able to ship for the same amount. So with that I'm guessing that each item needs to be assigned a weight and then I have to figure out how to tell the cart that say up to 16oz total it will only be a certain amount.. then up to like whatever the next weight is the amount will go up to this or that. God, my head is spinning! Doesn't help that my old webmaster is like MIA and I don't speak html so I'm able to do all the basic edits via cpanel but when I actually need to do something important... screw that! I've been sitting here trying to talk computer science for the past 12 hours!! On top of that raising 5 year old twins!!

Yeah, but that'd be silly to charge someone 5 bucks for something they bought for .85 cents. There's gotta be a way to have the cart recognize that I have 3 products that weigh different amounts. I feel like I'm going to scream!

Hi everyone! I'm trying to figure out how to do my cart based on weight. I have 3 products that all weigh different amounts. Say Item A weighs 1oz, Item B weighs 3oz, Item C weighs 12oz. I want to ship all via USPS priority mail. How in the heck do I assign each item a weight? I figured out how do it based on units that all weigh the same but say someone adds 1 - 12 oz thing and 1 - 1oz thing it tries to charge it like they bought 2 - 12 oz things. Help would be greatly appreciated I'm not sure which option to pick out under the shipping category. I'm so confused! My head is literally spinning!

I'm plotting my 1st Lonestar order. Can anyone tell me what they think of the following oils? I use JS 50/50 for my wax -Black Rasp. Vanilla Type -Iced Tea -Marshmallow Madness -Red Velvet Cake Another others I should try?
