I just filed with paypal. I want my 50 bucks back. I don't even want the oil. I'll use my money towards an oil from a supplier that ships.

I emailed again yesterday and so far nothing... Looks like I'll be dropping that oil. Thankfully I got 2 lbs of it.

It's been 6 days since I posted this originally.. still no box. I'm so sadden by this because they have my number one oil. Ugh.

I also get an oil there that I can only find that this one supplier. You know they can't possibly be that busy to not mail the order out a little sooner. You are right. There are so many other suppliers that mail out within days. Never in my life have I had to wait this long for an oil. I hardly ever complain out anything either but I want to warn people too.

So about 2 plus weeks ago I placed an order for a few oils. They never showed so I emailed a few times and didn't hear a word. Today I get an email that the order I placed on June 28th has shipped! WTF?! Is tradewinds always this long to ship? I'm in utter shock! Is the CS always so sucky? I'd email and complain again but they don't return emails. Ugh.

It was ICS. I had it on my scent list and went to order it and it was all gone. I wish I would have gotten a notice or something. Everyone loved it.

I need to find someone good and with a quick turn around to design some banners. They also must be available all the time as I always need new banners created for lots of different things. Do you all have any suggestions? I know we have some awesome graphic designers hanging out. If you are a graphic designer hit me up! I'm looking for a price on banners that are 125 by 125.. or maybe a package of muliple 125x125 and 468x60 type sized banners. Let me know!

You want to hear bad? The way I buy is like 51 dollars for 50 lbs plus about 45-50 for shipping per BOX! I spend about 100 bucks total on a box of wax.

Ok, it's time to venture out of the bakery/foody/fruity scents and into the world of florals and clean scents. Hit me with some that are to die for so that I can start testing!

Thanks! It's strange how I even came up with the name. I started pouring them one day and I thought they looked like jello shots and just called them scent shooters. They've been a huge hit and I'm busy as ever selling them. It's amazing how catchy they are and they hold scent like you wouldn't believe! I have to include really exact burning instruction with this style of packaging as I don't want anyone burning the thing in the cup. You never know! Some people don't even know how to get them out of it so I actually have to include it all in the instructions. So far so good! I'm amazed at how people can spend hundreds of dollars on a 1st order and not have tried my stuff but keep coming back for more. It's ok with me! It's been almost 2 years now since I started Whiff and Sniff and I haven't been happier with my scent list or packaging. I walk into my shop and I'm actually happy with how things are going and I just look around and I'm like, wow.. this is all mine! It's a great feeling to have!

Yeah, I call them shooters and I'm in the process of trading marking the name as well. Actually I'm trade marking "Scent Shooter" not just shooter. I get mine at Costco.

Haha! I went to my site and saw like a flood of traffic and was like oh gosh.. what'd I do!?! Glad to know it was just my shooter cups creating the traffic!

I sell only tarts and clamshells. I've been doing it for 2+ years now and my site is super busy. I'm doing very well and have actually recently quit working outside the home to focus just on the site. Well, I have two sites now that allow me more income but I'm supporting myself and two boys on my income from the candle site. I also dye all of my stuff. HTHs

You are completely right about saying anything about the sale ahead of time. We've been dead since I said anything. DEAD! Everyone is waiting to place their orders. I am also working on getting my cart fixed so that I don't have this problem again.

Haha!! I just wanted to make sure that I handled it the right way. I felt I did.. I just hate it when it turns into a witch hunt and people like to post their side of the story on msg boards that my customers post on and then suddenly the group mentality kicks in and I'm suddenly the bad guy. Especially since like I've stated that I'll never lower myself professionally to stick up for myself in that type of setting. Members of those types of boards like to know that they can speak freely without having e-tailers lurking and reading reviews.
