jackbenimble
Sometimes out of the blue I think of these names and go that would be an interesting candle name. Maybe this is comical, maybe not, but it got me wondering and I thought I'd ask you all. What kind of blend would you envision this smelling like? I did think maybe cornbread would be one of the notes. Also I'm from the south and am not making fun of southern beauty queens. Ooh! Maybe that's an even better name! Haha! jeanie353
That's a tough one. I'm sitting here thinking about it and can't come up with a combo of scents. Initially thought something that is linked to heat or sunshine of the south along with something feminine for the beauty queen part.I think this thread may become an interesting one
Pam W
A beauty queen wouldn't walk around smelling like cornbread, IMO. I'd go more toward a floral scent - maybe Magnolia with a dash of an earthy-ness..patch, amber, musk. (what other flowers are grown in the south?) jackbenimble
I thought about that southern wind FO from AH. Also MW floral muse might work too!
moonshine
Southern wind is a nice FO OOB- that would be a good fitI instantly think of honeysuckle as well- or maybe a little tobacco leaf or sweet grass mixed with something
