ladysj
When pouring your jars for testing do you always fill them full or do a partial fill? :laugh2:I just hate wasting expensive wax Edited May 30, 2012 by ladysj
deb426
I pour mine full. I think the depth of the flame in the container makes a difference in the burn because of oxygen levels and the heat of the glass so I want to see what it does from the very top on down. TallTayl
I do the same as Deb. The way a candle burns changes as it progresses down the container. It's not a waste of wax if it behaves as it should from the top to the bottom.
Judy, USMC
If I'm pouring just for the throw I go small ...if the throw is there then I'll pour a full size tester to ensure the wicking is correct.

NaturallyTru
I do what Judy does. I initially pour in a votive holder to check scent throw.
