My pugs hot spots are completely gone now since I started using it. I was scared it would dry skin but it doesnt and it is so easy to use. I have been using Neem my dogs and cats for several years. It has a distinct odor but its not that bad...kinda nutty/earthy. http://www.discoverneem.com/ has good info.
