ladysj
Just want to get some opinions on lids. The apothecary jars without a doubt should have lids. I use the status jars & am testing the hourglass jar. I personally once I use a candle do not put the lids back on & was wondering how many others don't. Granted they do add class to the lids. tlc
Most of the time I do not put the lids back on. I find that when I do after I have burned the candle, the next time I take off the lid I can smell a bit of smoke from the previous burn (just when I take off the lid). If I store the candle then I will "lid it". Also, I'm a bit on the lazy side when it comes to lidding the jar.
rjdaines
I use the lid before the candle is used and during it's life. Keeps dust and dirt out and it looks better to me. Also keeps the lid from getting lost.
Kimb
I use lids for the same reason listed above. With 5 animals in the house, we get fur everywhere if I am not careful. Just moved furniture last night and it looked like I was growing an animal out of the carpet.Kim
NaturallyTru
I don't use the lid. I store it somewhere. The cold throw is there all the time.
