mzphee Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 (edited) Good evening I am testing my first candle tonight I need you honest opinion I am 2hrs in but here are a few pictures, I usedCandlewic Soy-125Red hot CinnamonRRD wick 34I have a great CT my hubby said he could small the FO after it buring for 2hrs, I still cant small it, but I'm more concerned about the wick right now. still not sure what to look for any comments are welcomed. Jillsthings Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 I'm new to all this, but from what I've witnessed in my own candles and read on here, the wick is too big. rjdaines Posted November 5, 2011 Share Posted November 5, 2011 I am not familiar with either Candlewic Soy-125 or RRD wicks but I'd say that your candle is over wicked one or two sizes.
