lsbennis
I saw that Peaks has 2 new scents and they sound interesting but its such a long way to ship for me, so I was wondering if anyone has tried them yet and what they think about them? rjdaines
I ordered the orange ginger, it should be here today. Problem is I am out of containers, these darn candles don't burn fast enough, LOL
deb426
I would be interested in hearing about the orange ginger, rjdaines. Especially OOB for potpourri.
mzpickles
I would be interested in hearing about the orange ginger, rjdaines. Especially OOB for potpourri.I was at Peak's to pick up an order last week, they had their two new scents in wax at the counter so I sniffed them. Orange Ginger smelled like ginger ale mixed with Orange Crush soda to me, there is definitely an effervescent quality to it. Harvest Moon reminded me of a kinder, gentler version of Amish Harvest, it's definitely softer, I can't wait to get it in wax to see if it's as strong! I hths! rjdaines
I received these two FOs, the orange ginger fizz is now in 4630 and waiting for a match to hit the wick. In the bottle it certainly reminded me of ginger ale, I didn't get an orange aroma from it. We'll see how it does in the wax. The harvest moon I couldn't smell at all in the bottle. Wife said it smelled nice but light, not sure why I can't smell it. Will give it a ty soon.
