[ATTACH=CONFIG]21889[/ATTACH]I emailed her and asked her...She emailed me back and said it is paper and Straw ( raffia) from the arts & crafts store. Very nice lady... On the image you posted it looks like curled up paper on the edges when it's actually the raffia straw framed aound it. Hope this helps.Thanks for posting it inspired some idea's for my soap labels.
