EllyM
Anybody try this one? I am thinking about ordering it.
Karen M
I like it, it didn't sell that well for me, but I don't know why because it is a nice scent.
ah-soy
it's awesome in wax
Noodle
It is a wonderful scent. However, as already stated, it did not sell well at all. Currently, I use it just for me. I think it is the name. I am working on changing it to something more inviting.
number2of7
Ditto on what the others said above....it's great in wax, but no one buys it

cinnamon
Great CT and HT in my soy wax. Have not tried to sell to customers yet, just tested.
Maggie
Threw great for me too...and I like it.I had only 1 sale when I took it to an open house several years ago that I used to do with my Mary Kay rep. I was shocked. One of HER customers came that I had met before. Anyway...she brought a friend with her and I kept looking at her and finally asked her what was her maiden name. I said...OMG...I know you from when we were kids. I told her who I was and she couldn't believe it either. Anyway...the other lady was looking and sniffing candles while we were talking and she said...OMG Sandy she has Sweet Potato Pie...your favorite. So Sandy bought 2 candles...and that was all I ever sold. lol
WillowBoo
I absolutely love sweet potato pie - but it rarely sells for me either. What's up with that?
ah-soy
try changing the name maybe? It's such an awesome scent
Noodle
It is the name. I am convinced of that. That is why I am coming up with something new next year because the scent is so good.
ILVCANDLES
I love this scent as well...I had it burning last night as a matter of fact. I have not offered this as a scent yet but if it hasn't sold for others it probably won't sell here as well =( Any suggestions of renaming it because it is a wonderful smell. Sharon in KY
Ditto it's so good. Doesn't sell well but I keep it in stock cause I love it so much. Name change might just be the thing it needs. Some people don't like sweet potatoes so that must be the problem.
ah-soy
Maybe call it southern kitchen or country kitchen spice or something like that? I don't sell candles anymore but I love this scent.
Noodle
Some people don't like sweet potatoes so that must be the problem. That is definitely one reason. The other reason is that many customers simply cannot relate to the "smell" of sweet poatoes no matter how good it is. They just find it odd. A few even asked me what gender this scent was for. I think that perhaps it is because sweet potatoes are vegetables. Years ago, you could not give a way a bakery scent. People could just not relate to smelling like anything "foody". Now those scents do very well. Someday sweet potato may sell without having to modify the name.
