cactusladycandles
Is it okay to use palm wax to dip pinecones or is it better to use paraffin wax?
lovemylabs
Hmmm...we've only used paraffin for ours. We do have palm, but never used it on pinecones. But, I don't see why you couldn't as it's a pretty hard wax and holds scent very well.
Candybee
Can you imagine how pretty they would be if they left a crystal pattern on the pine cones? I'd give it a try. It sounds like an interesting idea.
carol k
I have dipped them in GG palm. They are very pretty.
lovemylabs
Carol, can I ask if they had that "crystal" pattern? It seems as though they would. And you mentioned GG. We have some left from a sample bag we got in. And, we have tons of pinecones around here that we've collected! I think we'll give it a try. Maybe we'll do some in a pine scent and another batch in a Cranberry Balsam. Now just have to make the time!

Just like snow looks on pine branches in the sun.
