jade
Does anyone know if Daystar Marshmallow or the Marshmallow Fluff discolors M&P? How about Bitter Creek's Candy Corn? I tried to sign in to the BC forum to check but it's not taking my user name. TIA
TheWickedWick
I don't know but when in doubt I always add Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Some fo's will surprise you and won't discolor and some will. Unless a supplier let's you know how much (if any) vanillin a fo contains, I always add the stabilizer. It doesn't hurt.
wexford
The marshmallow does discolor, haven't tried the other one.
soy327
Had to bring this back up, I've been looking on the Bramleberry site for the vanilla stabilizer and can't find it! I'm new to M&P but I know it there somewhere. Anybody know where to look?
Starr
I've used Bitter Creek's Candy Corn to supplement a blend of mine that needed vanilla. Can't say I've tried it in MP but the blend did discolor in HP, likely, it'd do the same in MP. Also, here's the link to Bramble Berry's Stabilizer: http://www.brambleberry.com/Vanilla-Color-Stabilizer-P4156.aspx

mparadise
I used the Candy Corn FO to do duck soap layers (orange, white & yellow). I added WSP vanilla neutralizer (the one in the lotion/B&B section) without any discoloration. I have never tried it without VN so I can't tell you if it discolors or not on its own.
