Ravens
Was wondering how tall a candle container should be to work with the Candlewarmer that uses a halogen light (melts the wax from the top, not the bottom). Would my status jars be too short to melt properly? Not sure if I posted in the right section; if not, will a moderator move me to the right one? TIA

Blest2BAmerican
I talked to a rep last week about those warmers and asked if my 8 ounce jars would work. I was told no because they are too short. I can't remember the exact size but know it was the taller candles that work best so they are right underneath the lamp. If you call the company they can tell you.Sorry I wasn't much help. Ravens
Thank you for the information. Guess my status jars won't work then
soy327
Sorry, I didn't see your post earlier. I used the status jar, with the same lamps to test it, the wax was GG palm and it worked great.
candlelady
I use the 26 oz. apothecary jars. The warmers lamp shade fits perfectly inside the jar top and melts wonderfully.HTHCarrie
Ravens
Carrie, how tall are the 26oz. apothecaries? Soy327, then there's hope for my status jars! if it worked for you using palm wax, they should work with my paraffin and parasoys. Thank you! I think the taller apothacary jars look nice but boy that's alot of wax.
