an inexpensive way to wrap M & P

I bought some of the fine parchment paper at Walmart in the

office supply dept. and came up with a full page design. Just printed it out on the parchment and wrapped my soap with it like a little shopping bag. Added some rafia and slipped it into plastic cello bag.

Labeled it and it turned out really cute.

Actually - The worst part of making things these days is coming up with the packaging, even though it looks nice, I hate doing any of it.

This turned out to be a fairly inexpensive way at least...thought I'd share.

That is my problem, packaging! I was using a cigar type band, and love the look but....

I think that the soap looses its scent to quickly.

I then have started putting them in cello bags with some raffia, and storing them in boxes,

they dont loose their scent as much, but the cello bags start to look wrinkled, hate that!

So I'm still looking for the " Perfect " packaging.

I too would love to see photo's.

Anyone have any good packaging tips?
