Xraytech70 Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 A friend of mine asked me to make an insect repellant soap. I purchased the Bug-B-Gone EO blend from BB. Any idea how much of this stuff to use per pound of oils. I don't have much luck using EO's as it seems like the scent fades away during the cure, and this needs to stay strong. Please advise??!! 8-GRAN-ONES Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 you will need to check where you buy them..and see what is the safe amount to be able to use on skin..some eo's can't be used on a woman that is expecting..ect..so just make sure on the precautions...most eo, web sites will tell you. Candybee Posted April 7, 2010 Share Posted April 7, 2010 Are you sure it will work in soap? Soap is not a leave on product like body sprays, butters, or lotions.
