Making your own labels.....

If you make your own labels using templates in Word, how do you get the font small enough to include all the ingredients on something like a body butter on a small label. The smallest font I can find is 8.

I just know there is an easy explanation, but it just isnt clicking with me right now.

Click where the font sizes are until it comes up blue. You can then enter a smaller number.

Ah ha....type it, highlight all, right click and you can type in the font you want in the drop down box that opens. It didnt work by typing in new number at the font option at the top.

Go to Avery and download their free templates. Real easy once you get the hang of it.

Yup, lighlight the number and enter something smaller then 8. I think on my 1.5 labels I use a 6 font for ingredients.

I always do one label with my company name and scent and whatever it is and then I do a label for the back with my warnings, disclaimers, ingredients and instructions.
