Gemlite BAD EXPERIENCE

I purchased 3 fragrance oils from Gemlite 22 days ago. (Honestly, these are the only 3 oils that I use from this company since their stuff is always hit or miss.) I have never had an issue before. I have not received my shipment. My emails and calls are unanswered. A week ago I field a paypal dispute and today I escalated it to a claim to get my money back. I really needed these oils too for some Christmas lotions and I am understandably disgusted. Just thought that I would mention this to anyone who may be pondering an order from this company.

Better Business Bureau... really this sort of thing should be documented and shared beyond a forum.

Oh, it will be. DH is taking care of that for me. We always report the few bad experiences that we have had over the years. It is pretty easy to do and more people should do it. I reported Tradewinds a couple of years ago for the same thing.
